OTHER NOTES

WEATHER

Daytime temperatures will be in the 70s. Nighttime temperatures will be in the low 50s. Bring layers for the day, a warm coat for the evenings, and rain gear just in case. All activities take place outside. Heat lamps will warm the dining area, and the dance floor will be partially enclosed.

FIRE SAFETY

October is fire season! We kindly ask that you not ignite any kind of flame — match, lighter, camp stove, candle, etc. We don’t want a forest fire named after this wedding! 🤭

SHOWERS

Showers are available on premises all day from 7am to 11pm. To conserve water for other glampers, please try to limit shower time to no more than 5 minutes.

ACTIVITIES

One of the lands most treasured traditions is that guests help put on the show! During Thursday and Friday, we will have a number of activities for glampers, including creating prayer flags, signs, staffing the welcome table, psychedelic stage painting, creating a scavenger hunt for guests, and creating place settings. Each contribution will be an opportunity to meet new people and make the wedding yours!

MeALS

Thursday dinner | 6pm to 7pm

  • Carrot, sweet potato, kabocha squash and tofu curry

  • Brown rice

Friday breakfast | 8am to 10am

  • Goat cheese, spinach and bell pepper scramble

  • Muffins, bagels, toast with cream cheese and jam

  • Oatmeal

  • Fruit platter

  • Yogurt and granola

  • Coffee and tea

Friday lunch | 1pm to 2pm

  • Focaccia sandwiches with white bean puree, pesto, grilled portobello, roasted red pepper and arugula (self serve optional)

  • Arugula salad with lemon vinaigrette and parmigiano

  • Strawberry limeade

Friday Dinner | 6pm to 7pm

  • Vegetarian chili topped with cheese, corn chips, green onion, cilantro and sour cream

  • Jalapeño cornbread

Saturday brunch | 8am to 10am

  • Quinoa and oat pancakes

  • Toast, bagels, muffins with cream cheese and house jam
